Pricing
Quoted individually according to the scope and scale of services. All fees are stated in a written quotation before contract.
Additional charges
Consumption tax and bank transfer fees (for wire payments). Any implementation support fees are itemized separately in the quotation.
Payment method
Bank transfer to our designated account. The due date is stated on each invoice.
Payment timing
Payment is due by the end of the month following invoice issuance, per the billing cycle defined in the contract.
Service delivery
Service begins upon opening of the customer account after contract. Typical time to account opening is 2–6 weeks, as defined in the individual contract.
Returns & cancellation
Due to the nature of the service, refunds are in principle not available after account opening. Cancellation is accepted with the notice period defined in the individual contract.

The admin console works on current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari). Details are provided at onboarding.
