Kotoyui, Inc. has set its business policy for fiscal 2026 (January–December 2026). The outline follows.
1. From "how fast" to "how well"
Customer support software has long been designed around speed of throughput. In 2026 we concentrate investment on Kotoyui Insight, making response quality itself something that can be measured quantitatively and fed back into daily operations. Concretely, this means more accurate automatic scoring and stronger feedback tooling for supervisors.
2. Focus on finance and the public sector
Following the launch of our regional-bank package, we will deepen proposals to securities firms, insurers, and municipal service desks — fields where accuracy of response and retention of records are strict requirements. Domestic data residency and auditable operation logs, both long-standing design principles, are direct strengths here.
3. Organization and hiring
We expect to reach 86 employees in spring 2026. Hiring continues mainly in customer success and conversation design, to keep support density per client constant as we grow. Expanding the support organization ahead of the product is a deliberate choice, and it will remain one.
"Answering quickly is becoming table stakes. In 2026, Kotoyui aims to be the product that also takes responsibility for the quality of the answer." — Makoto Takahashi, CEO
