Company
Since 2018, we have been building products that untangle the words stuck between companies and their customers.
Mission
An inquiry is not a complaint first — it is a word of trust, sent to a company someone chose to believe in.
Our work is to make sure those words never get lost: received properly, organized, and delivered to the right person. Phones that never connect, emails answered days later, different answers from different agents — these problems are usually not staffing problems. They are information-flow problems.
We are not trying to automate the conversation itself. We believe the last word should belong to a person. Our job is to use technology so that person can arrive at the conversation in their best possible state.
